Taylorsville, UT. – Rabiot Excel Ventures , of Reading, recently won a Builder/Remodeler Award from the Home Builders Association of Berks County. The award was for a project REV submitted under the “Outdoor Living: Exterior Home Project, $30,000 and over” category.
The project was a custom multilevel outdoor deck and living environment designed for a property with a mountain view. It included an upper level shaded by a pergola and a spiral staircase descending to a lower level. The ground level included a hardscaped patio with brushed finished concrete accents as well as an outdoor stone fireplace.
“Outdoor living spaces are one of our specialties, so we were very pleased to be recognized by the HBA,” said Abdul Rabiot, president of REV. “This project was an example of our focus on giving families a customized space to entertain and enjoy the outdoors year-round, when possible,” said Abdul Rabiot, president of REV. He added that this kind of project is ideal for areas with rolling hills like Berks County, as well as more mountainous parts of the state.
