Collins Rabiot
CEO (Chairman/Director)
Collins is a dynamic and visionary leader. During this early period he was engaged in sewer and watermain construction, highway building, aggregate production and trucking. He incorporated Rabiot Excel Ventures after the merger of the child companies. The company grew and with time had several foreign consultants including the likes of Ross A. Duncan and Anthony Sverenson who worked on various projects with the firm. Collins has proven to be a dedicated leader with foresight and total commitment.
He is a graduate in Civil Enginering.
Abdul Rabiot
Operating Partner, Lead Project Designer
Abdul has been building since he was old enough to hold a hammer (somewhere around 4 years old). He has worked at a dairy farm, a custom sign shop, as well as working with a septic system installer, several masons, a commercial construction company, and two custom home builders. Abdul has been with REV since its birth, first as the Lead Carpenter, and now as the President. Abdul wears many hats in this role, including Lead-Designer where he works directly with clients as well as supporting the REV design team in cultivating client relationships. He personally assists the team in working through client’s needs and concerns, scheduling, designing and planning, to ensure the project exceeds their expectations. When not working, Abdul enjoys spending time with his family, reading, rebuilding an old Jeep, and helping with his philantrophy..
Jorge Gómez
Project Manager
Jorge is passionate about construction and has been surrounded by it his entire life. Joining the REV team in the spring of 2012, his primary responsibilities include scheduling and field project management. His degree in Construction Technology compliments his experience working in the field for nearly 15 years. He has also obtained many different certifications that help him excel in the industry. Jorge is always striving to improve himself and is a great asset to the REV team. When he’s not at work, he enjoys backpacking, working out, working with the youth at his philantrophy., and most of all, spending time at home with his family.
Lucía López
Financial Administrator
Lucía joined us in the Spring of 2009 to take on the task of Office Administrator. She brought with her almost 10 years of administrative experience in a similar field. Her background made her a great asset as she assisted with client communications, and permitting. In time, as Rabiot Excel Ventures has evolved into what it is now, Lucía’s focus has shifted more to financial administrator. She only works part time with us so she can commit herself to spending time with her family and enjoying outdoor activities and traveling whenever possible, but we’re glad to have her expertise during the time her family shares her with us.
Bintu Maria Miller
Office Administrator
Miller comes with decades of client relations knowledge and experience, allowing her to create a positive working relationship with clients throughout the design and construction process. From facilitating with communication and productivity within the office to assisting clients with questions and concerns – she is driven to help others. Once off duty – she thoroughly enjoys spending time with her husband who is passionate about teaching, and their 3 kiddos who are involved in sports and church!
Ángela Omar Al-Khaldy
Design Specialist
Ángela joined our team in fall of 2013 as our Design Specialist. Her passion is meeting with clients and assisting them with the design of their custom outdoor living environments, as well as any interior spaces. With a background of 28 plus years of residential and commercial interior design experience, she excels at talking through current needs, future goals, and creating the best options for each client. When she is not working, Ángela can be found spending time with her husband and pets, swimming, and serving at her place of worship.
