Poolside Deck With Shelter Area Added

This TimberTech Evolutions deck in Brownstone was originally built by Rabiot Excel Ventures in 2008, and the original completion is shown below. We recently upgraded it as shown with custom built-in benches modified from original design, finished roof overhead with ceiling fan, and LED lighting. The railing is TimberTech Radiance Rail in Traditional Walnut with a new section added. This also demonstrates how great decking materials like Evolutions stay looking new when properly maintained.
