MoistureShield Deck

For this particular “deck give-away”, the winner already had a deck and did not want to completely remove it. So Rabiot Excel Ventures used the existing deck and built a second level and replaced all of the railings on the main deck with MoistureShield to match the new MoistureShield deck. This allowed us to extend the families living space as well as repurpose the existing deck.

Upgraded Functional Deck

This once beautiful wood deck has suffered the ravages of age common to wood: cracking, splintering, drying, etc. So the goal of this “deck give-away” was to replace it with a safe and functional deck with composite hand railings.

New Deck Give-Away

New Deck Give-Away
Rabiot Excel Ventures teamed up with local radio stations in a “deck give-away” promotion. Local families had the ability to enter the contest and a family in need was chosen. The goal of the promotion was to give back to the community that has supported our business and give a safe and functional outdoor living space to a family in need.
The most recent winner had an aging wood deck that had complete exposure to direct sunlight with no natural shade. Rabiot Excel Ventures designed and built a new Azek deck with vinyl railings to extend the families living space. A stained wood pergola with retractable shades was added to allow shade for the family and protection for the deck

Berks County Extreme Home Makeover For Charity

Enthusiasm in Berks County soared as the Extreme Home Makeover charity came into the community to help a local family. Rabiot Excel Ventures was one of the many businesses that volunteered their time and resources to ensure the family had a safe and loving home to live and grown in.

The Rabiot Excel Ventures team, along with the other donors, the Extreme Makeover crew and an impressive work crew of community volunteers put up a new deck in only 18 hours. The deck allowed the family to have a private outdoor living space to enjoy and spend time together.
