Deck and Screened-In Room

The existing decks here were reinforced, rebuilt, and extended to add a screen room and an octagonal section featuring glass balusters to accentuate the view. An inset slate for the fire pit is also incorporated into the design. David, the client, comments about Rabiot Excel Ventures:

Step Lighting

Increased Deck Space and Stairs

The aging wood deck on this home was not only typical and becoming increasingly unsightly, some valuable space underneath was not being utilized. Notice in the transformation, there is not only increased deck space and stairs that did not exist before, but the wasted space under the deck now provides significant additional and enclosed storage space.

TimberTech Composite Deck

Here we replaced a rotting cedar deck with a custom TimberTech composite deck and matched the stone columns with the existing chimney. The client here was thrilled with that! This deck also has a low-voltage LED deck lighting system which beautifully accents it at night. Richard, our client, commented:

Fairway Vinyl Balustrade Railing System
